Following persons were appointed as the officers of the Global University System with their designated titles during our Tampere event;

Takeshi Utsumi, Prresident Emeritus,

Tapio Varis, Acting President,

Marco Antonio Dias, Vice President for Administration,

Takeshi Utsumi, Vice President for Technology and Coordination.

Tapio Varis is now incorporating the Global University System as a non-profit organization in Finland.
